Your tasks
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Pricing & Revenue Manager to optimize pricing strategies, maximize revenue performance, and support data-driven commercial decisions. You will play a key role in balancing profitability, competitiveness, and customer value across our products/services.
This position combines financial insight, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
Key responsibilities
Pricing Strategy
Develop and implement pricing models aligned with business objectives
Conduct market, competitor and customer pricing analyses
Evaluate price elasticity and recommend adjustments to maximize margins
Revenue Optimization
Monitor revenue performance and impact, KPIs, and profitability drivers
Adjusting strategy where needed
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement
Support the operational teams by delivering forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning by clear communication
Contribute to broader revenue, performance and EBITDA improvement initiatives across the organisation
Data & Reporting
Build dashboards and analytical tools for pricing insights
Translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Present findings to senior leadership
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with sales, marketing, finance, and operations
Support commercial initiatives, promotions, and product launches
Ensure pricing governance and consistency across the organization
Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or similar
3–7+ years experience in pricing, revenue management, commercial finance, or analytics
Experience in multi-site environments (retail, FMCG, healthcare or similar) is a plus.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools or pricing software is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders
Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
English required; Dutch/French a strong asset.
