HR Manager

What will you do?

As HR Manager, you will be part of Evidensia's Support Team in Belgium. You take charge of the HR team consisting of 3 motivated employees. You play a crucial role in optimising and supervising all HR-related activities. This role requires you to think along on a strategic level to realise Evidensia's objectives, as well as collaborating with the team on an operational level. 

  • You are responsible for an efficient and future-oriented HR policy in the field of recruitment & selection, personnel administration, social legislation, job evaluation, training and development, etc. 
  • You develop and coordinate an HR policy that is in line with the corporate HR policy and tailored to the specific needs of the Belgian organisation.  
  • You have final responsibility for all HR processes, procedures, regulations, etc. You look for optimisations and implement improvement processes. 
  • You act as a sparring partner for the business and advise on various HR issues. In doing so, you help build a positive and performing culture. 
  • You ensure that HR projects can be implemented within the organisation on time. 
  • You give the management team direction, advice and guidance. You report hierarchically to the Country Director Belgium & functionally to the Regional Chief HR  
  • You manage your employees and encourage them to grow in their expertise.  

What do we expect?

  • A master's level of thinking with at least 5 years' experience within operational HR and successful experience in a leadership role ; 
  • You have generalist HR expertise and interest, driven and competent to help scale the organisation and build strong foundations 
  • Your strong ‘can-do’ approach knows how to inspire people to results in a dynamic way; 
  • You have sufficient seniority to be perceived throughout the organisation as a valued business partner and sparring partner for our management team. 
  • You can communicate to convince, inspire, motivate and create the right climate. You can get your message across in a clear way, even to people who are unfamiliar with professional jargon. You are transparent in your communication. 
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
